Technopôle Anticipa, BDI-Agretic and High School Pommerit organized the 7th edition of SmartAgri event in Pommerit-Jaudy on February 2nd, 2023. The topic of the day, “Technologies to Meet Sobriety and Environmental Challenges”, attracted over 100 participants (from local government institutions, but also companies, agricultural professionals, innovation players, manufacturers, students).
SmartAgri is a professional day that brings together the digital and agricultural sectors. It introduces startups developing smart agriculture innovations. It aims to showcase technological solutions and to promote the emergence of an ecological, profitable and attractive production model for Breton agriculture. The program included keynotes, project pitches and demos.
Like every year, Photonics Bretagne was one of the event’s partners. It is an excellent opportunity to highlight the performance of photonic technologies and its service to tomorrow’s environment and agriculture. To this end, Photonics Bretagne works closely with its agrophotonics partner, Arvalis – Institut du Végétal, who gave a presentation on the POP project’s intelligent, low-energy sensors.
