GET TO THE HEART OF MARITIME PHOTONICS APPLICATIONS

Photonic technologies are emerging as key solutions to the complex challenges facing the maritime sector. This event will highlight three main areas of application:

1. Surveillance, detection, classification and identification
▪️Télédétection laser (LIDAR): for remote imaging and measurements.
▪️Mesures and detection by distributed optical fibre (DxS): Acoustics, mechanical deformation, temperature.
▪️Optronique: Civil and military applications, such as the detection of floating mines, the location of shipwrecked ships and the safety of nautical drones.
▪️Technologies hyperspectral: for precise measurements such as bathymetry in shallow waters.

2. Communication
▪️Laser and LiFi: for high-performance data transmission above and under water.

3. Navigation
▪️Centrales inertial: For reliable, precise navigation.
▪️Positionnement by laser: Suitable for complex operations.
▪️Magnétomètres quantum: for ultra-precise positioning.

A PROGRAMME ENHANCED BY AN EXCLUSIVE VISIT
