An R&D project aimed at providing a portable solution for field validation of the quality of fodder and cereals used specifically in equine feed. Our objective: To develop and qualify a visible – near infrared reflectance spectral analysis tool for a specific use case (equine nutrition).

A project linked to our regional agri-food ecosystem, enabling photonic technologies to be disseminated in a key application area in the region.. Our objective: To study the ageing of food matrices using vibrational Raman spectroscopy of free/bound water.
