Training structuring projects
LUMIFORM 2030
Collaborative project
The LUMIFORM 2030 (AMI-CMA) project aims to develop initiatives to promote training in the photonics sector (including expanding the range of training programmes, training for those involved in education and training, innovative teaching tools, and enhancing the sector’s appeal). The targeted courses range from BAC-3 to BAC+3 level (BAC Pro in Optics and Photonics, BTS in Optics and Photonics, BUT in Physical Measurements, etc.).
Our objective: To attract young people to the photonics sector – which offers a wealth of constantly evolving careers and applications – through engaging, visual and educational activities. Acting as a subcontractor to the CMQe, Photonics Bretagne supports the establishment of alternative learning spaces and the hosting of school groups. Our role also involves designing, developing, producing and documenting four demonstrators illustrating applications of photonics, which will be deployed in seven ‘flagship venues’ nationwide (CMQs, science centres and spaces, etc.).
Partners: ALPhANOV (pilote), Photonics France, SFO, CMQe Numérique, Photonique et Cybersécurité de Bretagne (Photonics Bretagne as a subcontractor), OXXIUS, Lynred (AURA), Thales AVS and SEDI-ATI.
PIA NUM&PHO
This project focuses on training. It aims to help Breton photonics companies benefit from qualified human resources to support their development and growth.
Our goal: To promote the range of photonics study courses available in Brittany, from A-levels to Master’s (school-based and work-study), and to develop the offer of continuing education courses in line with companies’ needs.
