Governance

The governance of Photonics Bretagne, an association under the law of 1901, is based on a Management Board of 12 Breton Directors elected by the members at the General Meeting on 16 June 2023, for a 3-year term of office. They are divided into 3 colleges, representing all categories of Breton members, and at least 3 are founding members. The Management Board meets twice a year and vets the association’s major policies and strategic choices. The Executive Board is made up of 6 Directors, including the Chairman, who is responsible for implementing the Management Board’s decisions.
