Lannion-based AMG Microwave, a specialist in radar and sensor solutions, has acquired Intercept Trégor, a design office specialising in the design of radio frequency circuits for instrumentation.
After 28 years developing products used in astronomy, defence and on board satellites, Alain Séhan, director of Intercept, has decided to hand over to the owners of AMG Microwave, Jean-Luc Alanic and François Moysan.
This transition offers AMG Microwave the opportunity to pursue its expansion and explore new sectors of excellence such as radio frequency, enabling it to offer a comprehensive technical package to Intercept’s customers.
